LISW Social Work Supervision
I offer individual supervision for South Carolina social workers pursuing independent licensure in clinical practice (LISW-CP). My approach is supportive, structured, and practical. It is designed to help you grow into a confident, ethical, and sustainable clinician, not just “check the hours box.”
Supervision is a space to think clearly, ask hard questions, and develop your professional identity. We focus on real clinical work, real-world challenges, and the kind of decision-making that actually shows up in practice.
What Supervision With Me Looks Like
Supervision with me balances clinical depth with practicality. Sessions may include:
- Case consultation and clinical conceptualization
- Ethical decision-making and boundary questions
- Developing your therapeutic voice and style
- Navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, and self-doubt
- Practice realities (documentation, scope, professionalism, sustainability)
I work collaboratively and transparently. You don’t need to perform or pretend—you need a place to think, reflect, and learn.

My Supervision Philosophy
Good supervision doesn’t just make you compliant—it makes you capable. I believe supervision should:
- Strengthen clinical judgment, not dependency

My goal is to help you become a grounded, confident social worker who trusts their thinking and knows how to keep learning long after licensure.
